and D WHEREAS,Wildlife afterResources severalto yearsserve working in veterinary clinics as anwildlife inventoryrehabilitators, managerapprentices, and incare otherproviders; capacities, as well as volunteering with nonprofit organizations, Olivia LoBalbo founded the AnCmal Education and Rescue Organization (A.E.R.O.) in 2013;

WHEREAS, in addition to A.E.R.O.'s care services, Olivia LoBalbo also spearheads the organization's efforts to advise the public on how to assist animals in need of support and to Sromote awareness and understanding of how to coexist with wildlife in the suburban environs of Norther1 Virginia;

and 7 WHEREAS, with great vision and determination, Olivia LoBalbo has made impressive strides in the esteem and admiration of all Virginians;

now, therefore, be itgh her work with A.E.R.O., earning the RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That Olivia LoBalbo hereby be commended for her accomplishments as the founder of the Animal Education and Rescue Organization;
