andUniversity, Avelina Jacob was licensed to practice law in the E WHEREAS, Avelina Jacob was appointed as a Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court judge D Rappahannock;
and D WHEREAS, after graduating from The College of William and Mary in Virginia and receiving a lUw Commonwealth in 1978;
