Plain-language change summary

The amendment to § 51.5-154 of the Code of Virginia clarifies the membership composition of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission, increasing the number of nonlegislative citizen members from 15 to 20. It specifies that the total includes 15 nonlegislative citizen members and five ex officio members, while detailing the appointment process for these members.
