Plain-language change summary

The amendment removes specific language regarding the timeframe for convictions that would be included in the Supplement to the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Notably, convictions that occurred between July 1, 1970, and July 1, 1994, will now be acknowledged, while the precise details about individuals not included in the Registry were simplified. These changes affect how past offenses are documented and made publicly available on the Department of State Police website.
