The recent amendment to Bill SB 810 introduces a new section to the Code of Virginia regarding how parties can appeal decisions related to injunctions. Notably, it clarifies the process for filing a petition for review to the Supreme Court and specifies timelines, allowing parties to respond within 15 days. This change is important as it streamlines the review process for injunctions, making it more predictable for those involved in legal disputes. Such clarity can help ensure that justice is served efficiently and fairly.
