and WHEREAS, in 1999, McKenney adopted its current town seal, which features a striking image of the town hall with the water tower in the background;

and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution :
now, therefore, be it commend the Town of McKenney on the occasion of its 100th anniversary;
