Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 1055 now includes specific details about the easement being granted for access across High Bridge Trail State Park. It clarifies that the easement will provide a 15-foot-wide right-of-way along an existing driveway and will help connect a landlocked property to major roads. This change matters because it ensures that the Grantee has a defined access point to their property, which can enhance usability and development opportunities while also maintaining necessary approvals from relevant state departments.
