(e) "Chatbot operator" means a person that makes an advanced VMP S05135'25 (S-1) prdc19 1 chatbot available to a user.

(l) "Rule" means a rule promulgated pursuant to the VMP S05135'25 (S-1) prdc19 1 administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
