Plain-language change summary

The updated version of HB 2371 expands the Alexandria Historical Restoration and Preservation Commission from five to nine members, effective July 1, 2002. Additionally, the appointments for the original members have been clarified, specifically that the Governor will appoint two members for four-year terms.
