Plain-language change summary

The revised Senate Joint Resolution No. 259 made several changes to the text commending the Library of Virginia. Notably, it removed details about the library's original location in the State Capitol and its relocation to its current building in 1997. The amendment also altered some language for clarity, such as changing "advancEng" to "advancing." These adjustments aim to provide a more streamlined acknowledgment of the library's history and significance without altering the overarching message.
