Plain-language change summary

The bill amends § 58.1-3252 of the Code of Virginia to specify that counties may conduct general reassessments of real estate every four years or, by majority vote, every three years. Additionally, it allows counties with a population of 50,000 or less, as well as Augusta County and Bedford County, to choose to conduct reassessments at five-year or six-year intervals.
