Plain-language change summary

The revised version of SB 5436 has removed specific language that required museums or historical societies to meet certain conditions before returning loaned firearms to their owners. This change simplifies the process and removes the additional requirements within the bill. The significance of this adjustment is that it could make it easier for museums to handle loaned firearms, potentially reducing bureaucratic burdens while still allowing them to manage these items responsibly.
