The updated bill, SB 470, now explicitly authorizes the Science Museum of Virginia to grant specific right-of-way easements to the Children's Museum of Richmond on designated property. These easements will facilitate non-vehicular access to a new green space, allow vehicle and pedestrian access over the property, and permit parking for motor vehicles, excluding buses. The bill also clarifies that the conveyance will occur under terms deemed proper by the Science Museum, with the necessary approvals from relevant state departments.
