Plain-language change summary

The amendment removes references to "limited scope dental or vision plans" and clarifies the types of plans included in the evaluation methodology for efficiency and productivity. This change is significant as it focuses the methodology specifically on health care providers and carriers, excluding those dental and vision plans, which may streamline the evaluation process and the data collection efforts. The ultimate goal remains to promote transparency and assist consumers in making informed decisions about health care options.
