Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to House Bill 2428 clarify how cities can share sales and use tax revenue. Key details about the agreements, like how the revenue will be calculated and the exact sharing method, have been removed. This matters because it simplifies the agreement process, potentially making it easier for cities to collaborate on tax revenue sharing. By streamlining these details, the bill aims to foster cooperation among cities without getting bogged down in complex specifics.
