The amendment to § 32.1-162.9 of the Code of Virginia clarifies the licensing process for home care organizations. It specifies that the Commissioner must find compliance with regulations and that branch offices must operate under the supervision of the main licensee. This change ensures that all branch offices are accounted for in service offerings and management, which may enhance oversight of home care organizations.
