The amendment to HB 20 updates the language regarding the Board's responsibilities. Specifically, it replaces the phrase "new or improved markets or marketing methods for spirits products" with "new or improved markets or marketing methods for" without the term "spirits products." This change maintains the focus on developing marketing efforts without explicitly referencing spirits products, which could allow for broader interpretations of the Board's marketing activities.
