What changed in the latest version

The amendment to the hunting regulation in Virginia now clarifies what activities are allowed on Sunday. Specifically, it maintains the prohibition against hunting wild birds and animals with firearms within 200 yards of places of worship while making exceptions for raccoon hunters and certain waterfowl hunters. This change matters because it balances the preservation of Sunday as a day of rest for some, while allowing property owners and specific hunters certain freedoms.
