Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill HB 2115 adds specific labeling requirements for prescriptions, especially concerning abortion medications. It ensures that the prescription label includes detailed information such as the dispensing pharmacy's name, the medication's name and strength, and identification of the pharmacist. This change is significant because it enhances transparency and patient safety by ensuring that patients receive comprehensive information about their medications, which is particularly important for sensitive prescriptions like those for abortion.
