What changed in the latest version
58 added · 61 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of the bill adds specific language to focus the Nitrile Glove Manufacturing Training Program on companies located in the Mount Rogers Planning District that manufacture nitrile gloves or inputs used in their production. The changes to the bill also clarify the fiscal year awards with respect to previously awarded funds, specifying the amounts for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2023, and July 1, 2024. This matters because it targets support for a particular geographic area and adjusts funding designations to better reflect financial allocations for those years.
