(iv) A statement of revenues and expenses of the cannabis BJH S02906'25_SB0704_INTR_1S02906'25_SB704_APS_1 3dwx9fsg7bjx 1 regulatory agency related to the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this act.
(4) The department of state police shall cooperate and assist BJH S02906'25_SB0704_INTR_1S02906'25_SB704_APS_1 3dwx9fsg7bjx the cannabis regulatory agency in performing the cannabis regulatory agency's duties under this act, including, but not limited to, conducting background investigations of applicants.
