The recent amendments to HB 2044 involve the removal of a lengthy certification section that outlined the legislative process this bill underwent in the House and Senate. Additionally, there were a few lines added to the document, possibly for clarity or administrative purposes. This change simplifies the bill by reducing unnecessary formalities and focuses on the essential aspects of the legislation. By streamlining the language, it makes the bill easier to understand for both legislators and the public, ensuring that more attention can be given to its substance rather than procedural details.
