What changed in the latest version
11 added · 31 removedPlain-language change summary
The amendments to Bill HB 1004 primarily involve adding some minor details and removing a section that includes certification language about the bill's passage through the House and Senate. This change streamlines the document by eliminating redundant certification information that is not needed in the final version of the bill. It matters because it helps clarify and simplify the bill for easier reading and understanding, ensuring that focus remains on the bill's actual content and provisions.
