HB 2023 — Landlord and Tenant - As introduced, in addition to counties to which the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act already applies, makes the Act applicable in counties in which any four-year college or university, whether public or private, is located. - Amends TCA Title 66, Chapter 28.
