SB 2190 — Controlled Substances - As introduced requires the commissioner of health to develop guidelines for testing for opioids for the treatment of chronic pain that are consistent with federal guidelines developed by the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) as those guidelines relate to baseline drug testing and periodic follow up testing. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
