TITLE An act to license and regulate medical marihuana growers, BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 processors, provisioning centers, secure transporters, and safety compliance facilities;
BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 (i) For an individual or sole proprietorship:
all individuals and entities with membership or shareholder rights in accordance with the articles of incorporation or the bylaws and the spouses of the BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 individuals.
BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 (m) (n) "Marihuana-infused product" means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, 2018 IL 1, MCL 333.27953.
(u) (v) "Processor" means a licensee that is a commercial entity located in this state that purchases marihuana from a grower and that extracts resin from the marihuana or creates a marihuana- infused product for sale and transfer in packaged form to a BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 provisioning center or another processor.
(aa) (bb) "Safety compliance facility" means a licensee that BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 is a commercial entity that takes marihuana from a marihuana facility or receives marihuana from a registered primary caregiver, tests the marihuana for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

(ii) A requirement that all marihuana sold through provisioning centers include on the exterior of the marihuana packaging the following warning printed in clearly legible type and surrounded by BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 a continuous heavy line:
BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 (u) (v) Establish procedures and standards for approving an appointee to operate a marihuana facility under section 206a.
(a) Until December 31, 2021, have, or have as an active BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 employee an individual who has, a minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered primary caregiver.
(3) To be eligible for a safety compliance facility license, BJH S01375'25 a_SB0600_INTR_1a_SB600_APS_1 xcg6prjcp986 1 the applicant and each investor with any interest in the safety compliance facility must not have an interest in a grower, secure transporter, processor, or provisioning center.
