(1) Subject to section 80320(4), and except as provided in section 80306, a person shall not sell or otherwise dispose of a watercraft without delivering to the purchaser or transferee of the watercraft a certificate of title with such TMV S00801'25_SB0139_INTR_1 04mp8s 1 assignment on the certificate of title as is necessary to show title in the purchaser.
(1) Subject to section 80320(4), and except as provided in section 80306, a person shall not sell or otherwise dispose of a watercraft without delivering to the purchaser or transferee of the watercraft a certificate of title with such TMV S00801'25_SB139_APS_1 pyhcqe 1 assignment on the certificate of title as is necessary to show title in the purchaser.
(2) As provided under section 81109(5), the department of TMV S00801'25_SB0139_INTR_1 04mp8s 1 state is not required to issue a certificate of title to the owner of an ORV if the title is subject to a security interest.
