(a) Develop and implement a structure to address racial and LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 ethnic health disparities in this state.
(iv) Published, peer-reviewed studies and reports on biased or unjust perinatal care, including, but not limited to, studies or LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 reports on instances of obstetric racism and obstetric violence.
(n) Provide technical assistance to local communities to LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 obtain funding for the development and implementation of a health care delivery system to meet the needs, gaps, and barriers identified in the statewide strategic plan for eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities.
(e) Health resources, which may include health care LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 institutions.
(a) "Health facility" means a hospital, freestanding birth LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 center licensed under article 17, freestanding surgical outpatient facility, or other outpatient facility that is licensed or otherwise authorized to operate in this state under article 17.
(4) The department may contract with a third party to complete LEP S01080'25_SB0029_INTR_1S01080'25_SB29_APS_1 06on37uare3n 1 the study under subsection (2).
