= = 19 a l SECTION 1.
SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--REVERSION OF PROCEEDS.-- i a e r 20 A.
Except as otherwise provided in another section a t m m 21 of this act:
d r e 22 (1) the unexpended balance from the proceeds c e s k 23 of severance tax bonds issued for a project that has been e a n b 24 reauthorized in this act shall revert to the severance tax u [ bonding fund:
.231949.2 SFC/SB 425 (a) at the end of the expenditure period as set forth in this act, if the expenditure period is changed in this act;
or (b) if the expenditure period is not changed in this act, pursuant to the time frame set forth in the law that originally authorized the severance tax bonds or the time frame set forth in any law that has previously reauthorized the expenditure of the proceeds, whichever is SFC/SB 425 Page 1 later;
For the purpose of this section, "unexpended balance" means the remainder of an appropriation after e t 17 reserving for unpaid costs and expenses covered by binding w l n d 18 written obligations to third parties.
= = 19 SECTION 2.
GENERAL FUND AND OTHER FUND APPROPRIATIONS-- a l i a e r 20 REVERSIONS.-- a t m m 21 A.
Except as otherwise provided in another section d r e 22 of this act:
c e s k 23 (1) the unexpended balance of an appropriation e a n b 24 from the general fund or other state fund that has been changed u [ in this act shall revert:
.231949.2 - 2 - SFC/SB 425 (a) at the end of the expenditure period as set forth in this act, if the expenditure period is changed in this act;
and SFC/SB 425 Page 2 (2) all remaining balances of an appropriation from the general fund or other state fund that has been changed in this act shall revert three months after the reversion date for the unexpended balance.

The balance of an appropriation made from the w l n d 18 general fund or other state fund to the Indian affairs = = 19 department or the aging and long-term services department for a a l i a e r 20 project located on lands of an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo a t m m 21 shall revert pursuant to Subsection A of this section to the d r e 22 tribal infrastructure project fund.

ARMIJO ROAD SOUTHWEST ROAD AND DRAINAGE SFC/SB 425 Page 4 IMPROVEMENT--EXTEND TIME--GENERAL FUND.--The time of expenditure for the department of transportation project originally authorized in Subsection 4 of Section 40 of Chapter 277 of Laws 2019 and reauthorized in Laws 2023, Chapter 203, Section 52 to plan, design and construct road and drainage improvements to Armijo road SW in the South Valley area of Bernalillo county is extended through fiscal year 2027.
