The updated version of Senate Bill 160 now includes a note explaining that it may incorporate proposed amendments that haven't been adopted yet, as well as those already accepted during the current legislative session. This change clarifies how the document is meant to be used, emphasizing that it serves as a tool to show amendments rather than a method to add new ones. This matters because it helps keep the legislative process transparent and ensures that everyone understands the current status of the bill and its amendments.
