Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of SB 65, the primary change is that it now only lists Katy M. Duhigg as the bill's sponsor, removing Janelle Anyanonu from this role. This change simplifies the sponsorship but does not affect the bill's content or purpose, which is to enhance consumer protection regarding solar finance contracts. Such clarity in sponsorship can help streamline legislative discussions and accountability moving forward.
