Section 60-2E-44 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1997, Chapter 190, Section 46, as amended) is amended to read:

MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS.--To be eligible for licensure, each gaming machine shall meet all specifications established by rules of the board and:
