and u [ (3) "qualified health care provider" means a .228964.3 licensed or unlicensed clinical worker in a health care profession or allied health practice that qualifies for the program.

The program shall assist in the recruitment of g o t hr qualified health care providers, each of whom meets the g e i k following qualifications:
h r i s (1) graduated within the last ten years from a h , t, New Mexico public post-secondary educational institution in a e u g e b l e e h degree- or certificate-granting educational program in a health en td 17d i = = o h care shortage field;

h (7) track and compile information for relevant g o t hr recruitment and retention incentive programs across New Mexico;

APPROPRIATION.--Two million dollars g e i k ($2,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the h r i s workforce solutions department for expenditure in fiscal year h , t, e u g 2026 for staff, equipment, furniture and supplies and other e b l e e h start-up costs for the health care strategic recruitment en td 17d i = = o h program.
