Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Senate Bill 131 clarify that the bill includes proposed and adopted changes throughout the legislative session. Additionally, it specifies the funding amount of $900,000 to be allocated for purchasing advertisements and publicity for the Isleta New Mexico Bowl, with funds expected to be used from fiscal years 2025 to 2027. This matters because it provides clear financial backing for promoting the event, which can help boost tourism and local businesses in New Mexico.
