Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to SB 6 include several important changes to cannabis regulation. Notably, the updated bill now allows individuals to hold both a cannabis license and a liquor control license, which could promote business opportunities in these industries. Additionally, it prohibits drive-up windows at cannabis retail establishments, aiming to enhance safety and prevent misuse. These adjustments reflect a broader effort to refine cannabis laws while ensuring responsible regulation.
