Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to HB 91 involve adding provisions that create two new funding sources: the Geothermal Projects Development Fund and the Geothermal Projects Revolving Loan Fund. These changes authorize grants and loans to support geothermal resource projects in New Mexico. This is significant because it aims to encourage the use of geothermal energy, which can provide a sustainable energy source and contribute to economic growth in the state.
