Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Senate Bill 41 clarify the nature of the appropriations for mental health initiatives at public post-secondary educational institutions in New Mexico. Specifically, the wording has been refined to indicate that the document both includes proposed committee amendments and highlights those that have already been adopted. This change is important because it ensures transparency about the legislative process and helps all stakeholders track how funding will be allocated for mental health support in education.
