The recent changes to Senate Bill 11 clarify that the document may include amendments proposed by a committee but not yet adopted, as well as those already approved during the current legislative session. This adjustment emphasizes that the current version is a tool for understanding potential changes rather than a definitive text. This matters because it helps lawmakers and the public stay informed about the legislative process, ensuring transparency and clarity as the bill progresses.
