The latest version of House Bill 313 introduces several key changes to cannabis regulation in New Mexico. Notably, it creates a new license for cannabis nurseries and adjusts the plant count limits for certain types of cannabis businesses. It also removes specific provisions regarding application and renewal fees for vertically integrated cannabis establishments. These changes aim to streamline regulatory processes and support various segments of the cannabis industry, which could enhance market access and affordability for new players.
