Plain-language change summary

The revised version of SB 104 increases the total funding for transportation-related improvements from approximately $308.9 million to $314.2 million, and it specifies that the funding will be allocated for the fiscal year 2023 instead of 2024. Additionally, the new version removes plans for improvements at Artesia municipal airport, which were previously included. These changes ensure that more funding is available sooner for airport improvements, helping to enhance transportation infrastructure more effectively.
