Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill SB 24 includes changes to the reporting requirements for schools regarding federal funds. It removes the need for a detailed budget and explanation of how funds will be spent, and instead adds a requirement for schools to address whether the funds achieved desired student outcomes and how they plan to adjust their approaches if they haven't. This matters because it shifts the focus toward accountability and actual results for student achievement, rather than just spending details.
