Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HM 41 removes some introductory lines but maintains its main request: that the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Arriba County transfer the "escuelita" building to the Juan Bautista Baldez land grant-merced for use as a public space. This change streamlines the bill and focuses directly on the intention of preserving the historic building for community use. This matters because it highlights the importance of the escuelita as a cultural legacy and ensures that it can continue to serve the community for future generations.
