Plain-language change summary

The amendments to House Bill 92 clarify that it includes changes proposed by a committee, even if those changes have not been adopted yet. Additionally, the wording has been streamlined for clarity, which helps ensure that the goals of the bill related to magistrate retirement and funding are easily understood. This matters because clear communication in legislation can help prevent confusion about retirement provisions for magistrates and the associated funding mechanisms.
