The revised version of Bill HM 7 has had some lines added to emphasize the significance of February 4, 2022, being declared "Bow Tie Day" in the House of Representatives. The new text encourages members to wear bow ties as a celebration of bipartisanship and acknowledges the growing popularity of bow ties in fashion. This matters because it aims to promote unity and a light-hearted spirit among lawmakers while also celebrating a classic fashion accessory.
