1612 *HR31/R1743**HR31/R1743CS* ~ OFFICIAL ~ 25/HR31/R174325/HR31/R1743CS PAGE 78(GT\JAB) (11) It shall be the duty of the Department of Finance and Administration to deposit on a monthly basis all state assessments into the State General Fund or proper special fund in the State Treasury.
This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2025, and shall stand repealed June 30, 2025.
