Plain-language change summary

The bill HB 1736 has been updated to reflect a slight decrease in funding for the agency overseeing the Tombigbee River Valley Water project. The amount was changed from $9,088,793 to $9,089,507 for the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This adjustment is important because it impacts the budget and resources available for ongoing and future water management efforts in the region, potentially influencing the agency's ability to meet its financial obligations.
