The revised version of Bill SB 576 includes the addition of a timeframe indicating multiple sessions of approval from 2021 to 2023. This change helps to clarify the legislative history behind the bill and provides a clearer context for its current status. Furthermore, the bill has streamlined the definition of agencies involved and removed some repetitive language regarding the role of the Governor, making it easier to understand how state agencies are managed and how they can better support economic development and job creation in Virginia. These adjustments are important as they aim to enhance clarity and efficiency in the legislative framework supporting technology-based economic growth.
