The latest version of Bill SB 232 has added several references to specific legislative sessions and chapters, making it clear which past sessions the bill is connecting to. At the same time, it has removed a line that used to introduce the Virginia Acts of Assembly and its chapter approval status. These changes help clarify the context of the bill by specifying its legislative history, which matters because it ensures transparency and consistency in how laws are referenced and understood.
