The recent amendments to HB 720 clarify the requirements for property owners' associations regarding the annual report they must file. The bill specifies that the associations only need to include certain information in their disclosure packets if they have filed this annual report beforehand. This change is important because it streamlines the process for new lot owners, ensuring they get all relevant information without unnecessary delays, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities more clearly.
