Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill SB 333 updates the language slightly by changing "the physical security of persons in such buildings" to simply "the safety and security measures." This adjustment helps to clarify the intent of the proposals while focusing on the overall goal of safety in public buildings against potential threats like active shooters. The changes matter because they aim to improve clarity and emphasize a comprehensive approach to safety, ensuring that all necessary aspects are reviewed without losing sight of accessibility requirements.
